Platform for streamlining leasing process expands

PropTech company AgentsInsight has signed a partnership with Cushman & Wakefield as part of a wider effort to streamline the leasing process.

The home to the Agents Society marketplace and known for its agency CRM, it is the latest tie-up with well-known agents following agreements with Savills, JLL, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers.

AgentsInsight’s platform includes the real estate industry’s real-time interest schedule. The company, which recently merged with the digital negotiating platform Least, gives agents a forum for reporting leasing interest and progression directly to landlord clients.

Mike Avery, CEO, said the partnership with Cushman was a “testament to ourteam’s continued commitment to working with the community to deliver the best-in-class toolkit for driving commercial property transactions.”
